1. The building of this boarding house will seriously affect 4-6 park avenue units located at the back of this building. I checked the floor plan，most of the natural lighting and sight view of my unit will be blocked by this building. In addition，the tenants of boarding house usually changed which will bring potential security hazard. We heard that the boarding house on Waitara avenue have some problems，for example，neighbors usually heard big volume music，dirty words from that building and saw some of boarding house tenants dropped litters.

   Most of our nearby residents are raising kids and enjoy peaceful and safety environment. I hope our peaceful life won't be broken.
