    Is it really needed?
Doncaster Shoppingtown is a 2 minute drive and outlets at Aldi and Safeway in Lower Templestowe just 5 minutes.
Will it be built to service the Golf Hills Estate resulting in more unnecessary traffic congestion?

This section of road is not really suited to the businesses that are currently operating along that stretch from Elgar Road and westwards.
The access is very tight and even at present can be quite concerning at times of heavy traffic.
We can do a lot better than car yards or endless restaurants let alone ,more liquor outlets!

I object most strongly to another liquor licence in this area as it will only bring more associated problems which liquor usually brings.

There is already plenty of businesses in the immediate area which are licenced.

These premises are adjacent residential areas and will only add to noise and unruly behaviour at night as there is already evidence of that in recent time.
