    Will Waverley Council ensure that the green corridor at the rear of the proposed redevelopment and that the paperbark tree in the front of the property will not be removed to make way for the construction and future garage/parking options?
    Please also look at the situation with the 7-11 Henderson St property development of townhouses and apartments immediately behind 21 and adjacent properties (23-39 Imperial) removed much of the 'green corridor' within a few years of building completion. There are ongoing irrigation/stormwater issues for downhill properties. The 'state of the art' irrigation at the time of construction, has failed for the downhill properties. Council owns at least one of the Henderson St properties, so might need to look into this issue more closely.
