Why would anyone feel the need to have a 3.1m - 10 foot - tall boundary fence? Adelaide is not Moscow and it is not at all in keeping with the neighbourhood; the Council should reject the application.

In the most majestic street in Adelaide, this is around the average height of fences. They are beautiful design, and greatly enhance the streetscape and exclusive aspect of Adelaide's premier realestate.
