It is believed the garage will be knocked down. I believe this contains asbestos and concerns around appropriate knock down and removal of asbestos walls are held.

I want to build additional master bed, laundry, and bathroom in my house. This house comes under R2 zone. Area is more than 550sq m. Can anyone please guide me, How much does the council charges to approve renovation and home extension ?
