1. This property has already been subdivided quite substantially is the past. Are your trying to turn rural acreage into an Urban sprawl to the detriment of our already decreasing wild life habitat? The traffic noise, pollutants, East/West Runway development, increased truck movement in this area is already at disturbing volumes now and to continue to reduce the green space and wild life corridor is ludicrous and a further undermining of the residence that choose to live in this area for it's green beauty.
