1. Please ensure adequate parking is included. This would be 1 car minimum for 1 bedroom units and 2 cars minimum for 2 bedroom units. This location is not walking distance to the station so it is likely that occupants will need to drive to work. There is already not enough on-street parking for residents in the area.
