1. Surely the council would not approve extension given the owner has already sat on it for 4yrs and property is now for sale. Request for extension is purely to put more money in the current owners pocket whist a townhouse construction will be of severe detriment to property value to every other home owner in the street. Multi-dwelling will also put additional strain on council provided facilities - Road/gutters are already in a questionable state with no sign of repair or even a street sweeper.

   Multi-dwelling building will open the door to a ‘set precedent’ which is a slippery slope for this entire area.
