    I object to the opening of Oliva street. It is going to drastically reduce our property value and also reduce the safety of Oliva street with people speeding and using it as a rat run which already happens at the top end of Oliva Street from Vievers Road to Harper street.

    Opening of Oliva Street to Cedar Road should only be for pedestrians and bikes.

    The developers have done no traffic impact studies, which is curious they are allowed to destroy the peace of people living in a whole street for their financial benefit.

    I object to access of the development from Oliva Street for all works, the address is Cedar Road so I would like the access for work to be done with access for machinery etc from Cedar Road. Trades people show little respect for residents so it is only fair they work and access via Cedar Road, the address of the property.

    Presently the access to property is used from Oliva Street and it should be from Cedar Road.
