I believe this Day Care Centre should be REJECTED as Palm Beach Ave CAN NOT handle the traffic now. It is the ONLY access street to the M1. I drove from Jefferson Lane to KP McGrath Dve the other day, it took 32 minutes to drive a few hundred metres. No more businesses or duplexes should be approved in this street until M1 on and off ramps are upgraded.
