Can the owners plant a street tree when the build is finished?
The Peninsula has lost too many trees because of medium density lots becoming popular thus street and yard trees have not been replaced, even with exotics or shrubs. If locals are now wondering why they can't live through our hotter summers without air-conditioning, the lack of shade on roads, tin fencing, rooves and hard driveways on a coastal sand plain is 90% of the reason.
