Two 5 bedroom houses on a subdivided 607 m2 block. This is madness. If I lived next door I would be protesting daily. Too much house x2 on too little land. I am so glad that I didn't purchase one of the houses sold nearby (which I had been considering). If I had I would be hopping mad. You can't keep squeezing more and more people onto smaller and smaller blocks. Taringa will lose whatever remaining charm that it has. It's going to the dogs...
