    Can the owners preserve the native tree in the corner of the back yard? The granny flat on the corner of the rear lane will need some shade and privacy. This area has lost too many mature trees because of secondary dwellings and is now rated as one of the hottest areas on the Central Coast (coastal sand plain, more hard reflective surfaces (tin fences, driveways etc)).
    Can Council ensure the DA shows sufficient on-site parking off the lane? All too often, tenants end up parking and therefore cluttering access on these narrow roadways to the detriment of other users.
