Bin storage needs to be considered. Bins sitting permanently in front of garages is not a good look for the area.

This is simply greed. Splitting a block into 4 is ridiculous.
There are many other already developed blocks in this area. The roads are narrow and makes any use of public roads hazardous.
Each property should be made to have their own parking for at least 2 vehicles (not under main roof) and minimise street parking demand.
Where is the rainwater going to go? look at the percentage of free land now vs what will be left after 4 buildings are added!
Council, please make a stand against this.
