Another case of proposed over-development. Too high, too many 'dwellings', (how many bedrooms will these flats have? how many square metres in size will they be?) and so on. I am not against re-use of an industrial site for residential purposes. However, I object to yet another bland or badly-designed/built block of flats with little or amenity for the residents, benefit for the surrounding area (reduction in standard car parking will lead to more cars being parked in the streets) or the environment in general (increased heat island impact unless a green building is constructed).
