My objection is on the basis that there is nothing in the DA that addresses Willoughby Councils Green City Plan. It is not a sustainable development.

17 townhouses, each with an air conditioner and a lift, no solar panels or smart energy systems, or grey water management in the plans. This is such a wasted opportunity to fully serve all the stakeholders in our community.
"Our Green City Plan 2028" needs to considered for this, and all future development projects in Willoughby, to ensure sustainable targets are reached.
