If a swimming pool is installed I believe the boundary fence should be replaced. The current fence has been erected by using horizontal wooden slats which have started to warp after only two years. As the fencing material ages further with consequent increased warping the current situation would present a climbing feature for easy access to the pool for children (and others).

I think it imperative, as a condition of approval for the installation of a pool, that a colorbond fence, the same as ALL boundary fences in the Capella Drive Estate, be insisted upon.
