I object to the replacement of a slate roof with colorbond roof sheeting. The adjoining houses have slate roofs and this is a heritage overlay area. To maintained the character of the street the original roofing material, being slate, should be used to maintain the heritage overlay. I question if the changes to roof pitch fits within the Heritage Overlay Rules?
