I understand the MBRC follows the state's and federal Government's plan to populate the country. Yet another large block of land is considered for "development". To preserve a semblance of what used to be the Australian lifestyle I ask that the authorities reduce the lot numbers proposed from 25 to 15.
I moved to Burpengary for the quiet streets and low population offered by the area and reasonable distance from facilities like the Royal Brisbane Hospital. There needs to be an intelligent application of community building. I do not consent to the ad-hoc manner developers generate housing pockets. The concrete jungle they are offering to Australia's hard working tax payer is not value for money. No vision for future generations or health needs. Stop and think, please. Reduce the lot numbers proposed from 25 to 15.
