I am not sure what the new part of this development is for. The site is so overcrowded already with a large house which sits dreadfully in its surroundings.
It is located near the heritage item Manor House. The DA stipulated that trees would be replaced and shrubbery planted. The landscaping here is dreadful, it is a tip with exposed pipes and rubble. I would invite the Heritage Council of NSW to come and see how the developer and occupant have not complied with the stipulations stated in the letter dated 3 October 2014.
