NO NO NO Duplexes. Here's another Idea for council. Talk to the state government. When they refuse., publish your deliberations. and .let us all know why you don't'want these money making developments. You say you have no power to stop duplexes. Surely you can publish why you can't stop these blights on our landscape. By what I can see the Council can;t even educate and inform residents iin Bellbird.. You say you have no power in these areas. Give us the reasons why..Educate your constituency.

NO NO NO. duplexes More " take the money and run. I'm surprised that relatively few developers aren;t' more fully into applying for more of these blights 0n our suburbs,.Why continue this farce . The council have no power. What are they there for?

I feel a developer 'picnic" coming on. To objectors some advice. just say no . Surely you dont think the planners read your submissions.. The response to the "happy jack" development, 60 objections. and where did that get us? The 99 community members are looking primarily at Council Transparency. Well tell us the complete story of the "happy Jack" development. As an aside can someone tell us why the developers have stopped work for 6 weeks.
