    Too many dwellings for this size block in this area, Olive Grove is 1000 sqm minimum per dwelling, this should be in keeping with the area.

    This block has been an eyesore for years so it will be good to have new dwellings with landscapes gardens. 5 is too many for this block though, they will be squashed in and not enough room allowed for off street parking.
    3 units would be more acceptable on this block and should be considered by the council.
