I have concerns for the safety of any child entering or exiting that proposed site by vehicle, and the congestion that would be caused.
This location is a four lane major road, with double lines meaning anyone coming north to south must drive past and turn to come back. North bound traffic cannot stop at the site either. Golda Avenue, is one house away southward, is already difficult to access due to schools up that street. Any approval would merely increase the risk of safety to children and increase risks of serious traffic accidents.
The current Yellow line markings on both sides of the Road, shown in the posted location photo, is evidence that Brisbane City Council already considers stopping or parking an offence. NOTE the Non Standing Sign Golda Avnue intersection northbound along Orange Grove Road. Now proposed to drop off and collection of young children- not possible by vehicles. Only safe drop off is ADLI, then crossing a four lane road with Babies or young children. WRONG LOCATION TOTALLY

I would like to object to this proposal.
This would be a traffic nightmare on Golda Ave and not a very safe location for children on the other side of a fence that is so close to heavy traffic along Orange Grove Rd.

Orange Grove Road is a very busy flowing road, Golda Ave is narrow with already high traffic volume in relation to the school there.
I would be very concerned for the safety of cars trying to turn into the proposed property - with no where to turn around inside the proposed childcare car park.
The yellow line markings on both side of Golda Ave already indicates the traffic considerations - trucks pull in and out of Kit Kitchens and the proposed new driveway opposite would prove to make traffic much more difficult.

Really concerned this is NOT a suitable location for small children.

I think it is a great idea. My concerns are traffic and parking for the residents. At present this area struggles with traffic from schools and highway. There is insufficient safety for children and families to cross. If this was looked at and addressed to local properties close by, there maybe better understanding for all.
Lights? Dont take anymore parking away from residents. And better traffic flow. Lots of fast cars zoom down there all hours.

Very bad idea, this section of Orange Grove rd is already difficult to navigate during school hours. With the traffic lights, heavy main rd traffic, no standing zone. It is bad enough when a resident in this section accesses their property. A simple council inspection will prove that this project has no merit whatsoever.
