Hi, I am wondering what this will mean for the street in regards to neighbours? What type of group home will this be? I have concerns, the street is full of small children and young families.

This group home is to house 3 persons with disability and a carer onsite at all times to assist with independent supported living. under NDIS. Each room would have its own bathroom. It is explained in the documents - particularly Statement of Environmental Effects.
