1. Can the owners plan for some space for shade trees when the garage/shed is finished?
   The Peninsula is now rated as 4 degrees hotter than the rest of the Central Coast, so we need all residents to keep planting gardens and trees for cool shade. This will not only add to the look of our area but add real estate value when the property is sold.
