1. So, if this tree is on crown land then why are the residents wanting it removed? Is it dead or do they want to improve their view?
   Any tree can enhance the value of a property? Way too many larger trees have been taken down on The Peninsula resulting in habitat and shade loss creating a worsening urban heat island effect on our coastal sandplain.
   Council needs to abide by it’s new greener places policy and deny this application.
