Can the owners make some room for a shade tree or more?
Poor old Ulagandi Street is in desperate need of trees on properties and on the street to help combat the coastal sand plain here urban heat island effects now rated as the highest on the Central Coast by 4-5 degrees. Agents will confirm a shade tree can add dollars to the value of a home even with a new pool.

I couldn’t agree more with Lesley Harvey. We are seeing more and more new places being built on the Peninsula with concrete or fake turf in place of a garden and no trees nor plants of any nature. Council, please contact me if you would like a guided tour of some of these recent developments. It’s just awful that mature trees are being demolished to make way for new dwellings and not even a blade of grass is put in their place.
Something must to be done to pursue both developers and private owners to follow through on their landscaping obligations.
