1. Hi Council,

   I think that this development poses a great risk to the heritage nature of adjoining sites, contributing detrimentally to the streets cape, and adding significant issues of overlooking and privacy concern.

   The result of the approval of this dwelling shall be the irreversible continuation of gentrification of our beautiful neighborhood, and the surrounding streets cape losing its characteristic aesthetic qualities.

   I hope that you reconsider this development,
