Let’s hope there will be enough storage space in the new dwelling and enough car space without having to park on the street. I live in a complex where I have a double garage but most only have space for one car so the they use their one garage space for storage and park the car on the grass verge. The body Corp rule is that they are not to park there but because nearly everyone does it, no one cares, so basically everyone does as they like.
