Really another sports, gym, noise centre across the road and next to housing estates, how many does that make now 13 in one block.

You have not considered any acoustics where the sound is already at an unbelievable and unlivable level for residents, Maroondah council business section is out of control.

We already have gym's, pole place, strip place, etc, sports centre, factories and massive traffic, trucks issues, yet you obviously are not considering your boundaries or not entering into any discussions with community, residents or other councils or what is already in the immediate area's when considering your applications.

Greed is NOT the agenda, all considerations MUST consider all the above issues before any such considerations are placed upon the immediate communities and residents who are the HIGHEST IMPACTED victims.

I am sending this for you to consider the IMPACT of your gluttony decisions and to reduce that impact upon communities and residents, sound proofing MUST be a compulsory requirement. I object to any further types of these industries in this one block area.
