Hi, I am writing to object this application.

As we all know from statistics, boarding houses bring anti-social behaviours to the neighbourhood. THAT IS A FACT.

This part of Rydalmere is a quiet and family oriented area, boarding houses would change that.

There are many older & disable residents in this area, they could potentially fall to victim to boarding housing anti social behaviours.

Children and teens walk to park and school, the boarding houses would not be safe for them to do so anymore.

Local shops could be effected, potentially loosing customers and fall victim to thefts and vandalism.

Street parking would become difficult for near by residents and their visitors.

Boarding houses will reduce the value of our houses, will jeopardise our neighbourhood's security, and will bring a bad name to this council.

We need to fight for our neighbourhood, our security, and our families.

Hi, I am writing to object to the DA application DA/460/2019, at 56 Dudley Street Rydalmere.

I don't believe that yet another boarding house is in keeping with the character of Rydalmere as a quiet and family oriented suburb.

In addition, I'm concerned about the escalation of traffic and noise on Dudley and surrounding Streets contributing to an already increasingly busy area. There is also a chance of a rise in anti-social behaviour attributed with such dwellings - which I'm sure the local voters would not soon forget!
