I object to the reduction in car parking requirement, this area is already poorly served by off street parking.

I also object to a waiver of the loading and unloading of vehicles requirements, as a cyclist who commutes everyday through this area, lack of loading facilities forces people to load & unload into high density buildings on the street, this causes congestion & risk to cyclists.
Council needs to stop waiving & reducing planning requirements for the benefit of developers, and a cost to everyone else.Reduction in planning requirements constitutes a financial benefit to developers, at a long term cost to the community.
