While it is good to see some urban renewal, can the owners work around the shade tree in the back yard?
Ettalong Beach and Umina are now rated by Council as the hottest area on the Central Coast so any extra garden and trees for shade will greatly enhance the livability for tenants of this new building, increase the property's value and improve the area for everyone nearby.

The builders on this site use the laneway as a race track . the speed they drive 50 metres down the lane and the amount of dust is unbelievable , no other cars actually do what these two do ! I would not recommend these two cowboys they're the reason tradies have a bad rap these two deserve it
