While it is good to see some urban renewal, can the owners keep some space aside to plant one or more shade trees?
Ettalong Beach is now rated by Council as the hottest area on the Central Coast so any extra garden and trees for shade will greatly enhance the livability for tenants of this new building, increase it's value and improve the area for everyone.
