1. I hope you build something tasteful, Surrey Hills street character has been ruined by the massive overbuild on every block: big cement boxes without gardens are soulless.

2. I live in Balwyn surrounded by ugly badly built part polystyrene rendered monstrosities where gardens have been replaced with synthetic turf that even extend to the nature strips. This country lacks any sense of history and its architects seem to lack any type of understanding of what makes buildings great. The destruction of our heritage which has been allowed for the god of profit has never been allowed in European countries and they are all the better for it. Ultimately its greed over good design and planning.

3. I thought councils were supporting climate change. How building edge to edge on the boundary, no trees, no eaves and craning in industrial sized air conditioning units supports that I’m damned if I know.
