I object to this DA, until all conditions of DA11/1048 have been completed. Specifically Conditions 7a and 7b.
Continuing to submit DA's and expect approval, whilst outstanding conditions have not been met, sets a precedent that i'm sure the SSC (and rate payers) would not agree to.

The Sutherland council should stop all the development applications being forced through, without consideration for how the Shire will appear in near future. In Sylvania there is application to demolish a brick home so the owner can replace it with Affordable housing. It is not close to transport so residents will need cars. Neighbouring properties will probably lose value. He does not live there and stated that he wants to make money from rentals.
