I apose this development, the area of bridgeman downs has suffered from the most recent developments of high density apartments and dwellings that have started to impacted the long term owners and the environment that bridgeman down is known for. The amount of trees and effected areas for the recent developments in an area that has well been known for it leafy surrounding has suffered. We as a young family and resident of the suburb of 6 years feel the surrounding ammenities as mentioned in this proposal in Aspley, Albany Creek and McDowall are more than sufficient for young and mature families, and more developments as mentioned here with the service station and food outlets and yet more dwellings will only attract more traffic and with the insurgance of the amount of townhouses and cheaper homes will have a socioeconomic impacts on what is a prestigious suburb , crime has already increased drastically since the introduction of townhouses in the area.

I live close to this development and support it happening. A fuel outlet is desperately needed to support locals, otherwise we must travel to Albany Creek or Aspley. I don’t believe we need more residential development due to the
Number of already approved dwellings, however when these are complete and full the area is in need of better facilities, shopping, food and services that this development will provide.
