1. This area was described as the most congested in AUSTRALIA when I was condemned to it 47 years ago...
   Soon as it was cleaned up it went up market, changed it's name to Tamarama, became a construction/renovation site
   Soon as it was cleaned up it became a non non stop construction/renovation area only? accessible by tiny lop sided streets and lanes...and hasn't stopped...
   The area is mostly accessed by gigantic vehicles up and down
   TINY lop sided streets and lanes ...
   HELL for the residents abutting the said tiny streets and lanes !!!
