Any infrastructure is to cope with this development ? This 217 units project creates serious traffic problems later on. It is recommended to not have such development in the area. Please consider the residents’ concerns. Please disapprove it. Thanks.

I agree with this comment. You keep approving more and more buildings and the roads are unable to cope with this. There needs to be a halt in construction until infrastructure catches up.

100% agree with the above comments. The Castle Hill Norwest region has been bastardised by the Hills Shire Council and the planning negligence is appalling. The place is a parking lot. This is pure greed and clearly there is some corruption amongst this.

I am a local resident since last 3.5 years. THSC is extremely poor at town planning. They are driven by profits. may be are forced to. Fairway drive is such a dangerous road now with vehicles parked along the road and resident's vehicles coming out of their respective carparks. Whatever we do as residents, council will do nothing. they will do absolutely nothing just like in the past. Boarding house on Fairway is another issue council is shying away from because they have charged the land owner all the fees upfront.
