I wish to object to any removal of significant red gum tree. I believe this is the site which was owned by council and run as a kindergarten. It should not have been sold off for housing, as now this housing development is already applying for a trees removal and now putting these significant trees at risk. Any future buildings at this site should only be approved if not located under these trees canopies and not near the root zone. Ideally the council should have retained ownership of this land after the kindergarten closed inorder to have protected these significant trees into the future.
