1. I am the owner of 4/635 and are concerned about the following issues:
   * how does a residential property be allowed to be converted to a commercial property without any notification.
   *I'm concerned this will allow adjoining appartments to follow suit.
   *Im concerned about plumbing issues as we hear all the water usage down stairs
   * I'm concerned about foot traffic as also here that to downstairs
   * I want to know how they intend to advertise on building as this may have an effect on my commercial property.
   So I object to this proposal moving forward.
