    Again ... yet another dual occupancies. No we don't want it.
    The State Planning Authorities have got it wrong. The planning regulations for our area need to be reversed single residential properties on these narrow blocks.
    These properties, built and owned investors with no interest in promoting a neat caring environment. Some of the property owners rent out the property ..by the room... thus so many cars in the streets.
    No more dual occupancies!

    Please please, no more dual occupancy or units in North Kellyville, its it already overcrowded and not even at the completion stage. We are fed up with the Council just cramming in buildings anywhere and everywhere.

    Too many cars, and the roads are terrible, just look at the amount of accidents that have happened over the last couple of years, someone will end up getting killed especially with the amount of schools in this area.
