Again Banyule Council is thinking about the rates they will collect. Rattray Road is SO CROWDED with Units. Plus they do not park in the spaces provided for the units, they park in bloody Rattray Road, it is becoming worse than Brunswick to get thru our road, I have lived in Rattray Road since 1983 and no council gives a dam about the residents.

I have lived in Montmorency for over 40 years. I would have to say Rattray rd ( Sherbourne Rd end) is the most neglected, dangerous and deteriorating roads in the area.Trying to weave in and out of the car filled street is already hard enough. No footpath for pedestrians, very dark . Obviously who ever gives approval to this side of Rattray Rd does not give a rats arse about the area or the residence that live in it.( Revolting mansions that belong in Lego land not Monty) Greed rears its ugly head once again.
