Extending ALDI's operating hours from 6am till midnight will result in an increase in heavy truck noise during these hours. Magdalene Terrace, Mount Olympus Boulevard and surrounding streets are densely surrounded by residential dwellings. Approval of this application will be detrimental to the Wolli Creek community.

This will not benefit the community in terms of noise and traffic. Commercial operations within a densely populated area needs to adhere to community standard and not the other way around. That is the cost and obligation to the society that you operate in.

    Please use common sense.

Approving this application will not benefits the community. In fact will increase noise pollution especially during the night when people are sleeping. Even the airport has a restriction of when airplane can fly or land. So approving this application will defy any logic and common sense and in fact will be detrimental to the community

I support this application as Woolworths have the same conditions. Make it an even playing field

I live on Magdalene TCE (proximity apartments), and already the noise from this road is so bad I need to close the balcony door 90% of the time.

I don't need it any worse, I need the noise pollution improved if anything. I am a health care practitioner with rotating shift work.

Please take the residents needs into consideration. I can't look after my patients if I can't get a few hours sleep.

I support this application as it is the same for Woolworths. Perhaps restrict deliveries to between 7am and 7pm so sleep of residents isn’t disturbed. We live in a busy urban area and I would say that the train line and highway are noisier than a few delivery trucks. Bigger issue is rat running traffic on Arncliffe St - we need a better traffic management plan for the whole precinct including Discovery Point roads around the Wolli Creek station!

Problem with the developments at Wolli Creek, Canterbury Road and so many other places, is that there doesn't seem to have been any long term planning in the first place. Development starts with a few apartments which the existing infrastructure can cope with but then another piece of land becomes available, get's bought by a developer who puts up more apartments and in no time the infrastructure is swamped. There is a distinct lack of foresight from local and state governments into what kind of city we want to create for the future. The same goes for the rest of the state too.
