1. We have massive parking problems already in this area of Martyn Street.
   How can Council possible even consider another multiple dwelling in this area without adequate off-street parking?
   Can you please tell us when this application is to be considered as we are currently overseas?

2. I live next door and the construction noise is unbelievable, they do the loudest job at 6:30 in the morning. This is unfair and shouldn’t be allowed. I have a new born and people have over night jobs, surely their start time for construction noise could be changed to a later time. Is there anything you could do about this?
