I object to this development unless issues of schooling, parking and transport are simultaneously addressed.

This is directly opposite Warrawee Public School which is already at capacity and has three more high rise apartment complexes being built within 50m of it's fences. What steps are being taken to handle the increase in population in the immediate area?

The number of high-rise units in the area additionally has made parking anywhere near the railway station almost impossible. Further development would cement that trend.

No more units, all the roads around the highway, fox valley are so congested and the stations are at full capacity in the mornings. The market has dropped off and many of these units are not sold, not leased and under utilised.

We have our fair share in Kurringgai

There is 2 significant trees located within the adjacent property (1-3 Eulbertie) impacted by this construction. Photographic imagery from 1943 indicates the trees were present then.
One Quercus species (oak) has had significant TPZ encroachment, and further structural root zone encroachment.
A 250-300mm structural root has been severed.
Clearly council has not made any site inspections.
