PHEW! another 115 “dwellings” (boxes) packed into already overcrowded area!!
Inner melbourne becoming a high rise slum and nightmare - traffic, overshadowing, parking, safety, pollution, graffiti, rubbish and stressed people
Will government just stop all this inappropriate development and think about people not money and greed!

115 small footprint boxes with no real consideration for the liveability of the occupants or social planning is just more of what we don't need. Please reject and/or require a significant replan.

Moreland Council if you approve this based on your strong strategic direction can you please clarify what that means? E.g is collateral damage to existing residential amenities an accepted strategy? Does your direction consider if the outcome will be equitable for parties impacted by the development? Do residents need to keep relying on VCAT who actually get this stuff?

THANK YOU MARION HUNT AT LEAST THE RESIDENTS UNDERSTAND WHAT'S GOING ON HOW IT IS IMPACTING OUR AREA. ANOTHER 115 DWELLINGS PACKED IN AN AREA WHICH IS ALREADY PACKED! IT'S BECOMING A HIGH RISE SLUM - POLLUTION, GRAFFITI, FILTH, RUBBISH, SAFETY ISSUES - ALL ISSUES THAT COULD BE AVOIDED IF THE COUNCIL STOPS THESE INAPPROPRIATE DEVELOPMENTS.

HERE I AM AGAIN SPENDING MY TIME AND ENERGY WRITING HERE WITH MY OBJECTION. WE SHOULDN'T NEED TO BE IN THIS STRESSFUL SITUATION.
    ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! -
