This is a warning about the owner [names removed], they have a property at 16 gungully road upper Lansdowne, which is now and has been a air b&b rental, weather council is aware of this or not. Now with this property they are planning on doing the same and renting it on air bnb. I,m pretty sure there will be several neighbours not wanting this with parties and privacey taken away, please believe this, they are out to make a tremendous amount of money to pay for renovations and building cost on both properties.
