This semi-mature tree is in an unsuitable location and is impacting the southern wall and roof of 7 Mill Hill Road. It has the potential to grow to larger proportions which is inappropriate for this small confined space between the two properties. This tree has insufficient space to mature without causing ongoing damage to infrastructure.
