Further to the pre-application meeting with Brydon King last week, please find attached a planning permit application for the renovation and extension of the existing dwelling at 46 Ocean Road, Point Lonsdale. This application is submitted on behalf of Mr and Mrs Robertson. Retention of the existing single-storey dwelling with proposed renovations and minor additions as shown within the attached architectural documentation. The proposal maintains the dwelling as a single-storey built form, while introducing selective architectural improvements intended to enhance passive design performance, streetscape presentation, and overall residential amenity.
